How and from what is VR Cover made?

We work with a small team of tailors we have been working with for many years to ensure the fit of your VR Cover is perfect. Every VR Cover is tested before it is shipped. The standard cotton VR Cover is made from two layers of tight-knit 100% cotton. It is also pre-washed and does not shrink if washed like outlined below.

How do I clean my VR Cover?

For the best care use machine wash cold, dry in shade, just like washing your cotton clothes.

Do you also offer wholesale prices and custom branding options?

Yes. Contact us via our contact form to ask someone who can give you more details.

When does my order ship?

Your order will ship within 24-48 hours during weekdays unless otherwise stated on the product page, if you need items by a certain date please contact us first to ensure this is possible. If you order two items with two different shipping dates we will send both at the later point in time. If you want us to ship each item individually please get in touch or place separate orders.

Where are you located and how do you ship?

We are located in Bangkok, Thailand and ship orders via registered mail and DHL. You can expect to receive your order within 10 – 14 days from the day we ship (please refer to the previous question.) We can also send via DHL Global Express worldwide within 2-4 days. This is a more expensive option but works when you need the VR Covers fast. Please contact us for this option.

If there are taxes or duties charged on an order, who pays those?

The customer is responsible for covering any taxes or duties charged when a product is imported to their country. Please keep in mind that if choosing the more expensive Express shipping option your items will be delivered via a courier and they’re much more likely to present you with a customs bill rather than if delivered via the standard shipping method. We try as much as possible to make sure that products are shipped locally when they can be and currently ship some products from the US.

My package has been returned to you, what can I do?

If your package is being returned to us because you gave as an incorrect address, the customs bill was not paid or your package was not collected from the courier, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping and any other related costs incurred in the process of the package being returned to us.

Can I return my items for a refund or exchange?

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case that the product is defective/ damaged. Only items that have been purchased directly through https://vrcover.com can be returned. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for purchases through other outlets e.g. Amazon.

I can’t seem to log in to my account?

You probably don’t have an account. In order to have an account you have to make sure that the “create an account” tick box is ticked when you submit your order. If you know that you have an account and your password is not working you can simply contact us via the contact form and let us know. We will get you a new password and life will be as it should be once again.

I didn’t create an account when I ordered. Can I create one now and add my order to it?

No. However, you can contact us and we can tell you anything that you want to know. We’re very quick about it too. People marvel all the time at how quick we are.

I’ve sent a message but have not gotten a response. What should I do?

As mentioned above, people are often surprised at how quickly we respond. Occasionally, for various reasons, there will be an email or two that slips past us. Often it was put in the junk mail folder and we didn’t notice it right away. If it has been more than a day since you’ve contacted us and you haven’t heard back (and it’s not because it’s the weekend) then please contact us again using our site contact form just to be sure it doesn’t also go to junk mail. We have never and will never intentionally ignore an email unless we think it has a virus or something. So please don’t send fishy (or phishy) attachments.

I noticed that my country is not on your list of countries on the order form. Can you ship to me?

I’m sorry, but no. Even if we have in the past, if it’s not there now, we can’t anymore. Very sorry. Please sign up for the newsletter to hear of any changes to our shipping destinations.

Can I order an old VR Cover or some other product that is not listed on your site?

No. But you can sign up for the newsletter so that if we ever offer other products you’ll hear about it there.

I am a developer/designer/real estate agent/football club owner/local space agency worker and I need a cover by a certain date for a convention or some such thing. Can I have it by then?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It really depends on a lot of circumstances. Please contact us via the contact form so that we can look into it for you. No promises, but we will do what we can.

Do you offer VR Cover hygiene solutions for Google Cardboard or Google Daydream VR headsets?

We won’t be supporting Google Cardboard or the many variations that have arisen from it.
