The covers are designed to be machine washed on a regular basis. We recommend washing cold and hang drying for the best care.

It’s likely you have wrapped the nose part of the cover all the way around the interface. Please note it should only be hanging off the small 3mm lip of the nose area.

If the cover hangs too low it might interfere with the proximity sensor – in which case you will simply need to pull the cover up.

No, these devices have different shaped interfaces so the covers will not fit.
