Shipping Notice
Updated on December 10, 2020

We wish to provide our customers with more transparency on their orders with updates on the latest shipping time estimates.

There are holiday shipping delays with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. With carriers experiencing record volumes this peak season and disruptions from COVID-19 measures, there will be delivery slowdowns across all shipping networks.

Customers ordering from our Europe and Worldwide stores can also expect longer shipping times due to peak season shopping, local lockdowns affecting postal services, and increased volumes to the UK ahead of Brexit.

These events have also added pressure to our supply chain, impacting our product replenishment schedules and pushing back dates on stock availability.

Carrier updates

FedEx has started to limit pickups for its FedEx Express service. Due to capacity constraints, there will be delays from the time the package leaves our fulfilment centre to when FedEx scans it in.

UPS is suspending pickups over the next three days, starting on Friday, 11 December.

DHL has enforced daily limits of packages they can take from us.

Steps we are taking

To avoid significant delays, we are temporarily switching carriers from UPS to USPS.

We are also increasing our customer support staffing to handle the high volume of queries.

What this means for your order

Our top priority is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. However, as the carriers’ ETAs are changing daily, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas and we hope you understand.
